D. We maintain your privacy even after you cease to be our Customer.
If your organization decides to close or cancel its account or you become an inactive Customer, LabCloud Inc. will continue to follow this privacy policy with respect to the information we have in our possession about you and your organization. This agreement survives termination by either party is effective for all and any services rendered or used by LabCloud Inc., affiliates, or customers.
